Smoky Mountain Pizza in Boise

Some of the best food around, we just popped in for a quick bite. Service was fast and friendly.

I love most of these restaurants. This particular location needs an upgrade.

Great service and excellent food. They had a little mishap with their pizza oven and were on top of it. Not only did they refill our appetizer they gave us a nice discount for having to wait a little bit longer which we really appreciated! Super happy with the experience we had here.

Ordered a mother's day dinner through the app. It warned me that it could take 90 minutes. I thought that was rather long but tried it anyway. Well, two hours later I called and was told my food was on the way. Well, 2.5 hours later I called again. This time to talk to the manager and cancel the order. They couldn't even find a reciept of the order at first. Finally, they found it. I'm just really super disappointed in this place. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! We should've learned our lesson last time. If your food every arrives it's soggy and cold.

Terribly sad for a beautiful and serene patio. Lots of work and potential to capitalize and compete or just spend +$40.00 and go to Barbacoa down the street or +$20 any other place downtown Boise.Unlike other Smokey Mountain's in Idaho the salad was brown, not fresh and rather drippy dressing.All it takes is to pick up a broom rid of the needles, pine cones, webs above; sweep corner to corner the floor patio, wipe down tables and chairs. Take out needles and plastic trash from the waterfall feature. Add more rocks to the empty rock beds and more bark to the naked and dreadful tree beds. Prune conifer tree. Add flowers to the tables. Way to represent the exclusive side of Boise.

Nice place, I’ve been coming here for probably 15 years, always had a nice experience. And their takeout service has been great. Thanks y’all!

The best turkey and Brie sandwich. Friendly and large patio

Good for happy hour. They have a couple IPAs on tap. Got super busy. Server added 18% gratuity as there were 10 of us. That is fine, but he did not mention it at all, I think he was hoping to double dip on the tip. He only got 18% because of this, otherwise I always tip 20% or more.

Worst service I have had in a long while, had to wait forever to order, they were more interested in watching the football game. And there were only like 4 other customers in the place, now I know why!! Also when I finally got my philly cheese steak sandwich, it was not cut in half and it was basically two huge pieces of bread with hardly anything else, had to ASK for a knife to cut it in half....unreal!! Here is a picture of half that I took home...all bread!! Even my dog turned it away!Never again will I waste my time and money on this place...EVER!

Good food? Wouldn't know haven't gotten it yet...I ordered an hour and fifteen minutes ago and still nothing. The rest of my table got their food and have finished. We've talked to the waitress four times now and still nothing. Smells good tho...

3 stars for the slime mold on my oriental chicken salad lettuce. Spring rolls 4 stars and for the Brie kisses, dipping sauces were spicy and delicious! Word is the house burger was very good.

Very disappointed with our experience. Price quoted wrong food really wasn't that great. Delivery girl was amazing but that really was about it.. Will not be ordering again that is for sure.

Pretty much why I am giving smoky mountain pizza here in East Boise 1 star is because I came in to have dinner with my friend today, and basically all we ever got was our drinks! Whoever our server was to tonight never even bothered to take our order of what we wanted for dinner! Like Seriously?! We waited around at our table for a maximum of 20 minutes and our server never came back to us to see if we’d decided on our dinner selection. So my friend & me just ended up leaving because of poor service and couldn’t wait any longer. I hope whoever comes here to have lunch or dinner will have better service than me and my friend had. -Thank You

Holy toppings! We ordered the motherload appetizer and two pizzas. The great white and the Ketchum combo. And to top it off a delicious chocolate cake. Lauren was an awesome server

If you get to choose your waiter. Choose Jadon. He is seriously a high class respectable person and is very attentive. The atmosphere is nice, definitely different compared to other Smoky Mountain's we've been to. More of a small town vibe, but just as homey. Dinner was very good as usual, personal favorite is Chicken Pesto Parmagiana for those that are coming here for the first time. Wide variety menu and drinks. Definitely recommend.

Food was amazing.

We visited the Boise location. This location is conveniently located off Parkcenter Drive. It is easy to see from the main road. Parking lot was small. The establishment was somewhat clean, but could have been better (ex. empty dirty tables not cleared, greasy salt/pepper/parm cheese/crushed red pepper shakers). The initial service was poor. There as four parties dining at this time. We were not greeted at our table with menus for 5 to 7 minutes. The service improved once orders were placed. The pizza was very good and hot. The gluten free crust was very good and I was impressed (see pics). Overall if the food wouldn't have been good, we probably would have not returned.

I have always been a fan of Smoky Mountain Pizza but I am disappointed in their communication skills- at least in regards to Nicole L'Huillier. The Smoky Mountain Pizza location on Park Center is great and I wanted to see what it took to reserve their private room for my big birthday celebration we were planning. I took the business card so I could contact them when I got home as I didn't have time when I was there. I wrote on 4/15/19 and never heard a peep. Not sure if Nicole L'Huillier is the general manager still but maybe someone should check that email in case others have submitted similar requests- a good way to lose business is to not answer the customer questions.

Tonight was not their best night - spinach artichoke chips were rubbery, no refill on drinks, and meal service was very slow. Sad 😢

Great food. Weird location. But nice atmosphere.

Really good food, friendly and fast service. This is a good place for kids we have 5 but I noticed people from all age ranges there talking and enjoying their time. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of. I do think the bathrooms could use an update they are clean but seem like they could use a make over. I would recommend this place to anyone and will go back.

Ordered through Grubhub ... terrible!! Food was not what we ordered and it took over an hour and a half to get it.

I was in for lunch today and a few teenage girls came in from a neighboring school, it seemed like they were trying to take advantage of the restaurant by bringing in their own food and sneaking into a booth. I was so impressed by the managers ability to react professionally to such a situation. On the other hand I had the Sonoma Chicken pasta, it was absolutely fabulous & got outstanding service from Tyra!

The food and experience is always amazing! This is definitely our family go to place!

Came here for lunch with some co-workers. Food took awhile to get to the table. Had to eat fast in order to get out on time. Ordered off the lunch menu too. Food was great though.

The food & service is great! We encountered a few minor mishaps with our order but Mike went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Quality ingredients but always undercooked. Doughy "crust" and practically raw veggies, with cheese that has just barely been melted. Nothing golden or crisp. Tried 3 times and really wanted to like it, even asked them to bake it "well done".

Great service and food! It's my go-to for busy nights when I have no time to cook.

Great pizza, great pasta and salads. They have some games for kids and a lovely out door dining area. I like taking my kids here or going here on date nights.

This is the only place I come for spaghetti and garlic bread. It is always so yummy and fresh and I always get extra garlic bread because it’s so good. The staff are always super warm and friendly and the inside is clean and quaint and I love the privacy that the large booths give.

We have gone here quite a few times and we have really enjoyed the experience each time. The staff is really friendly and they stay on top of making sure we have drinks and are completely happy with our food. We have tried everything from the pizza to pasta and have been so very happy with all the food. Their patio is definitely worth checking out if the weather permits!

Bought a salad and a beer, got charged 2 beers. My roommate got charged for a second beer as well... Good food at least...

The pizza was tasty and the the lady with the long braid/dreadlock was a doll. The gentleman that waited on us probably should've stayed home today. I don't know if he was just having a bad day but he was not friendly and made me feel like I shouldn't have bothered coming in. Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow. I won't be back to find out.

It was disheartening to come into one of our favorite places and watch poor practices. Staff used pen to write on ticket, handed me the pen to sign ticket when picking up my to go order, staff then handed pen to another customer, took pen back, then went and wrapped up my bread and picked up bread with those same hands that held the pen. Any guesses where that bread went when I got home? You know what's equivalent to a health inspection? An online review. Come on guys.

I normally have a great food taste experience here, but tonight at the Park center one not so great. I always order the Sonoma chicken pasta because it is baked. today it was not. It didn't even have that yummy cheese they bake on the top. It tasted wierd. Not happy. Especially paying 30.00 for everything and ended up throwing it in the trash.

I get we are in a pandemic right now? But how rude is it to ask someone when you are picking up an order you placed online if they left a tip????? In all honesty you're tipping the server for there performance and bring you hot plates served food. Yet here we are picking up food to go and we did leave a 4 dollar tip on a 30 dollar order for pick up. That is more then enough! So rude and unprofessional!

Great pizzas to choose from there menu, along with their pasta selections. So bring the family for dinner, pizzas or just plain good old salads

We had an amazing family dinner. Our server was awesome. The kids make your own pizza experience is super fun. My only dislike was one employee and a (friend or boyfriend?) Were smoking right next to the entrance so our family walked through a cloud of smoke when leaving. Probably won't get lucky enough again to run into that problem so I would definitely come back again. We are already planning our next dinner.

Great food. Gluten free pizza was really good too. The cook took a lot of precaution to ensure there was no cross contamination. Will visit again.
